Since we are back on the topic of health and the basics on the matter, water is indeed one of the most important pieces to the puzzle if you are looking to stay healthy and develop healthy lifestyle habits. People say the general rule of thumb when dealing with water is that you should have at least a gallon of it per day. This may seem like a lot, but think about whenever it is hot outside and you are doing yard work just how thirsty you get and how much water you consume (or should at least) in order to stay hydrated and feeling like you can handle the elements of the heat or whatever exercise you are performing.
