For me, I enjoy the process of becoming the healthiest individual that I can be. In order to do that, your diet has to be excellent. I exercise frequently and eating right is easier to do so whenever you exercise. It can be hard to eat right, especially for me since I have the “sweet-tooth” syndrome a lot. It can seem so easy to get that cookie, especially in the cafeteria since they are really good, or to relish on the ice cream. However, everything in moderation is fine too, so do not feel miserable in dieting. One of the more popular diet plans I have heard people do is the paleo diet. Essentially it refers to the caveman diet. If you can grow it or kill it, then you can eat it.
