Towel Drills

Drills in my opinion are the best way to get immediate feedback on what to feel in order to make an appropriate change needed to make your game better. A drill that helps you feel more connected in getting to incorporate your whole body into the swing is by placing a towel and putting it across your chest while having it tucked underneath your armpits. The objective is simple, swing without having the towel fall out, if it falls out it means that you simply used your hands and not your body to turn. It is a challenging drill, but it will greatly impact your game.
