Swing Sequence Drill

This is probably my favorite drill out of any drill to do called the swing sequence drill. It helps with when you take a full backswing to work on having a smooth transition toward the ball. In order to do this drill, you will take the club to the top like in the picture below and pause for 3 seconds or so, then you swing normal. You will feel yourself being in more sync with your body building momentum into the ball for added distance and more accurate shots, rather than being tempted to throw your hips way out in front of your hands which results in you getting stuck, which is not good at all.
