Performing an exercise known as a
weighted crunch is a terrific way to burn your core to strengthen it. The best way to do this is to get a weighted plate and to hold it in front of you, but when you go up only focus on moving your core straight up, resulting in keeping the plate in front of you throughout the exercise. By doing this, it will always be forcing your core to work on putting the weight up, rather than other parts of your body in helping to do it. This workout mainly targets your upper abs, or
