Some gyms happen to have a variety of stretch machines. Performing stretches are a must for people to respond, as I have mentioned in the past, but cannot stress enough. There are many health
benefits to becoming a more flexible you. Most gyms have a
stretch machine that you simply can sit in and it has a diagram of what to do. The best advice I can give is to simply read it and go from there, but to remember not to bounce when you stretch; I see people do this all the time and it is terrible for stretching. You need to simply hold and breathe. Then, the next time you stretch, try to go further than you did previously in order to safely gain flexibility.
