Doing exercises on a

ball that typically most gyms should have can be a great way to do core exercises, push-ups, or even stretches to perform. It can be a great way for doing stuff different; which is vital to do different ways of an exercise in order to build muscles, burn fat and to simply get in better shape. As for me personally, I do a lot of workouts on the ball for crunches, and specific stretches for my hamstrings and back to build a more flexible

torso. Also, doing crunches and other ab workouts are great to do since it minimizes the pressure on your back and targets the core great.
