Crossfit is an excellent way to get in shape and to do so with others. Working out with other people helps me to try and accomplish doing hard stuff and crossfit does just that. It focuses on doing
circuit training in a sense to keep your heart rate elevated at all times to maximize the burning of calories and fat. Some people when they go to the gym will do a set and then rest for a minute before they continue their workout. Also, doing crossfit you have a trainer working with you to motivate and even show you proper form on the exercises you do. Below is a picture of what a crossfit gym will look like.
