hip abductor machine works the muscles in your hip obviously known as the
“abductors.” These muscles are located on the outer portion of your hip is the easiest way to understand it. I do this machine occasionally just to do something different and to change it up on my leg workouts. Since this is not an intense method of working out your legs, you must add more to your leg workouts if you want to work them out effectively.
