upright rows are a great workout to increase your shoulder strength. A muscle are that it targets more specifically can be referred to as the
rhomboids. It is done using a barbell that a typical gym should have. Basically how you do it is to stand up and and row it to you bringing the barbell at about neck high. The shoulders are a good area for me to work on since swinging a golf club as often as I do requires my shoulders to stay strong and flexible in preventing injury, and this workout does just what I need.
