Deadlift (continued)

There are many different ways the deadlift can be acheived. The two most popular types are referred to simply as the

Romanian Deadlift or the

Sumo Deadlift. The romanian style, in my opinion, will probably be the most common type done that you will see people do in the gym. Furthermore, your grip is a main key in getting the deadlift down. For instance, you will want to have one hand facing the ground and the other palm facing up at the ceiling. This grip provides leverage in getting the weight up safely, while still targeting all the major muscles You will want to look up the hyperlinks to get more information on this workout before starting it and the picture below demonstrates a sumo deadlift.
