Good mornings are a tough workout to get down and must be done right or you will end up like
Bruce Lee and suffer a broken back. Obviously sustaining that kind of injury is detrimental for any lifestyle and can harm your back forever which is not the objective. With that being said, good mornings are not a workout where you care about weight. For this workout, you use a bar that you would use for squat and add very little weight on each side. You do want to keep your back straight at all times and do it easy. The picture below should demonstrate it well, but remember to take it easy when doing this.
