Chicken is one of my favorite things to eat due to its high protein value. Skinless chicken breast is by far the best part, nutritionally wise, for someone who is looking for a food that in my opinion tastes good and also maximizes the nutrition in it. It makes sense due to your muscles being made up of protein to feed them with a source that their made of to build them up. Chicken is also extremely high in providing people with extreme amounts of energy due to its nutritional content. Dieting is the most important part to your workout plan, and this food should be a must to have in your diet.
