This is another compound exercise referred to as the t-bar row which is an effective way to strengthen your back and lats. The
t-bar row works well to strengthen pretty much the whole back or more specifically the intertransversarii muscles that are responsible to help move the muscles along the spine. This workout also works well to build your shoulders and biceps as well, so it is a workout worth getting down.
