One of my other favorite workouts to do for the chest is an exercise referred to as flies. It can be done using free weights or dumbbells and is a very efficient way to strengthen your pectoralis minor. The picture below explains how to do it well and correctly. Like always, form is key and you should not do too much weight when first starting out. The main thing to remember when doing this exercise is to focus on using your chest to move the weight laterally rather than cheating and using your arms to perform it. It is always good to switch up and add variety to your workouts to keep your body guessing in building muscle.
