Chest Press (Incline)

There are many chests exercise I consider in labeling as my favorite and this is one of them called the incline dumbbell press. It is a free weight workout and when you do it on a bench you need to raise the bench up to whatever seems comfortable to you in order for it to be an incline. It is a great workout because it puts more resistance on your chest, or pectoralis major, in order to push the weight straight in front of you. I like to perform this exercise because it is one of the harder chest exercises to do, which will lead to better results down the road if you consistently workout on a regular basis.
