Lateral Raises

The shoulders are another key aspect in my training due to swinging a golf club as much as I do, I need to maximize strength and flexibility in them. Free weight working out, if I have not said this before, is much better for you than doing a machine. In order to do a free weight, your body not only has to lift the weight you choose, but it also has to balance the weight while performing the exercise. In other words, it makes your body work harder to do the exercise which means faster results verses working out on machines. The main point about lateral raises is to stop at shoulder length when going up. It puts unnecessary stress on your shoulders if you take it too high.
