Leg Press

An exercise referred to as the leg press is an excellent way to strengthen your legs. Most people are only concerned about getting results with their upper body, but their are many benefits if you focus on strengthening your legs. In fact, it has been proven that if you workout your upper body one day and focus on your legs hard the next  more testosterone will be released to build up your upper body! It is almost like killing two birds with one stone. Furthermore, no one can make fun of you for being “top heavy,” with a proportional upper and lower body. Since I enjoy running on occasion I tend to focus on building my leg strength more with this exercise.
