There are many different ways that are good for building your biceps. Whenever someone asks you to flex a muscle they usually will want to see your bicep. They do not care about how big or strong your calf is, but everything leans on the biceps. Biceps along with back are my favorite things to workout while I am at the gym. On of my go to routines is referred to as a barbell curl. Everything is in your form with any exercise and with this being said, it is vital to keep your elbows in and focus on using your biceps in order to lift the bar up and not your arms. It is a pretty straight forward exercise, but nonetheless, one that will leave your biceps burning.
