As I have mentioned in my earlier posts, working out and developing a stronger back is my primary goal in my fitness regimen. I talked about performing a lat pulldown, but another effective way that is more challenging but also more rewarding, in my opinion, is a pull-up. Pull-ups build your lats and arm strength extremely well. But when you do a pull-up, it also focuses on building your core strength too. Having a strong core is essential if you want a good back. In fact, most people struggle from having back stiffness throughout the years and by performing this exercise regularly it would help fix the issue.
