The lat pulldown has quickly become one of my favorite exercises to perform regularly in my weekly workout routine. The lat refers to the muscle group as the latissimus dorsi that can be found in a person’s back. Also, these muscles make up the largest muscle group that can be found in the back. By strengthening the lats, your back will show a sought after toned look. As a golfer, my primary goal in the gym is to strengthen my back due to all the rotation and twisting it goes through on a day-to-day basis.
